Parking spots are available for lease to the general public in the paved and gravel lots at 775 Garrison Avenue.
The Garrison's lot is approximately a 10-minute walk from WVU’s Downtown Campus.
Please note that leased spots must be vacated on Sundays from 6:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
Lease Rates
Academic Year (August 1 – May 31):
Two Payments: $250 due on August 1 and January 1.
Single Payment: $400 due on August 1.
Summer Extension (June 1 – July 31):
Additional payment of $100 required to extend the lease.
